Why Skagit Valley?
My husband and I are somewhat adventurous people and wanted to try living somewhere new. When he accepted a new position in the Northwest, we arrived in the Skagit Valley with our 2 children, a U-Haul, 3 vehicles, 3 dogs (including a howling Hound Dog), and just about everything we owned. It took four long days to travel from Santa Fe, New Mexico to our new home in Mount Vernon. But once we saw this beautiful valley, we fell in love with it and plan on living here for as long as possible. How can you not love the tulips, the mountains, the eagles, the sunrises and sunsets…or the wonderful people who are our neighbors, friends and community! We are lucky indeed to live and work where we do.

Professional Focus As a licensed Realtor® since 2004, my primary focus has been working with buyers and sellers in the areas of residential resale, new construction and vacant land. Prior to real estate sales, I was a licensed real estate appraiser in the state of New Mexico. Areas of Expertise From 2004-2006 I was a licensed Associate Broker in New Mexico, a designation that required specialized study and an expanded level of real estate experience and skills.
